Saltram Saga 31 For Sale [SOLD]
£6,000
1984 Saltram Saga 31 - 9m - 1984 “The Lady Clare”
This Saltram Saga 31 built 1984 by K.R. Skentelbery & Sons LTD in Plymouth, with her
fiberglass hull construction, lovely wooden topsides and freshly serviced engine - a BUKH DV20. diesel, is an ongoing project, which would not take too much work to get her looking sharp.
She has fresh anti-foul, new anodes, 2 new batteries, and some storage areas are freshly painted.
She would benefit from a fresh coat of paint on the hull, and the wooden topsides will need sanding and some new protection of your choice. The GRP deck will also need some attention, but all this is reflected in the price.
The interior is well used, but dry. Lovely wooden interior with brass fittings, 6 berth with a single head, and a practical galley.
All equipment on-board is serviceable - including 2 sets of sails, an inflatable tender with Suzuki outboard, and a good basic inventory of Navigation equipment.
In summary you are getting a well built boat, solid and watertight, with spacious accommodation, that with a new motivated and realistic owner, would be a head turner and a joy to sail.
This is a lot of boat for the money.
Sensible offers welcome.
