We have created an aerial video to assist you in a safe passage when planning your arrival for craning/winter lay-up or simply coming up to visit The Boatyard Café.
We are located at the head the Helford River about six miles inland from the sea. As the Helford is a tidal river we are best reached by boat during high tide. The channel is particularly narrow at certain points, so we advise watching the video to have an idea of where the channels ebb off to the verges. The photos below show the channel as you come upriver.
